OPPORTUNITY

Does anyone ever feel as if life's opportunities always seem to bump into others and bypass you? I used to feel that way until I stared makng moves that benefited me. I began realizing that for so long my focus was everyone else. I was a blessing to so many people because of the help I gave so freely but neglected to be a blessing to myself. If all of my energies were being spent on others, then how could opportunities find me and my needs? I can remember on several occasions sitting back and marveling at those around me fortune, happenstances and progress. I can remember feeling envy, jealousy and hateration. Yeah...I hate to say it but I was a hater. Until I realized that I didn't have to hate on others. I needed to focus more on myself and my goals and aspirations.
